James is a highly skilled Delivery Consultant whose job is to support our internal team by identifying and attracting quality candidates to our clients vacancies across the UK, EMEA and USA. James is a natural communicator and has a great eye for top talent, so has quickly established himself as a key player in our tight knit team and a star of the future. Outside of work James loves to keep fit with various sporting activities as well as supporting Charlton Athletic FC. James is Caretaker and Assistant Manager of a Sunday League team so a "Special One" in more ways than one! 

Russell started his Recruitment career as a teenager in 1998 working as a Resourcer for one of London’s leading IT Recruitment Agencies. Here he honed his skills in consultative telesales, job-selling and pro-actively resourcing candidates with rare and emerging skill-sets, mastering the art of online boolean searching. Russell successfully delivered hundreds of ideal candidates into job roles for a dynamic team of Consultants before becoming a fully-fledged IT Recruitment Consultant at the age of 21. This early candidate resourcing background gave Russell the platform for a long and successful career as a 360 Recruiter and he has enjoyed immense success in a career spanning 22 years. Russell has been running his own niche recruitment and search companies since 2004 and remains a Hands-on Lead Recruiter and Director working on behalf of AV companies, SaaS vendors and Tech Start-ups across the EMEA, USA and APAC regions. Outside of work Russell enjoys spending time with his Wife and Children, the occasional game of golf, and supporting Crystal Palace F.C in their yearly efforts to remain in the Premier League!

As IN2’s Group Operations Director, Hannah is responsible for all aspects of our business administration as well as account managing some of our key accounts on our busy Freelance Desk. A highly organised and efficient team player, Hannah is responsible for ensuring all our freelancers are deployed correctly for assignments, approving timesheets and ensuring all our workers are promptly paid on a weekly basis. In her spare time Hannah has a passion for baking, keeping fit, and is also an avid Harry Potter fan!

Louise oversees our accounts payable functions, payroll and financial compliance, ensuring the wheels on the bus are always moving smoothly! Outside of work Louise is a loving Wife and Mother to two young girls. When not on the school run or acting as a taxi service for after school activities, Louise enjoys foreign travel, socialising with friends, and an occasional glass of Prosecco!
