IN2-AV Recruitment is partnering with a leading multichannel creative and marketing services agency to appoint an experienced Account Director specialising in digital signage. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation with a strong creative heritage and a fast-growing digital signage division.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of digital signage clients across sectors such as retail, QSR, corporate environments and public spaces. Your focus will be on strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and guiding clients on the best creative and technical solutions to bring their brand stories to life.
This position suits someone who combines strategic thinking with solid commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead high-value digital signage projects from proposal through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities to grow existing client accounts
- Work closely with creative, technical and delivery teams for seamless project execution
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, RFP responses and pitches
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide accurate pipeline updates and meaningful client feedback
- Represent the agency at industry events and support wider strategic initiatives
- Strong background working with senior digital signage stakeholders
- Commercially driven, with a solid understanding of high-value digital signage solutions
- Confident presenter with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience within a creative, digital signage or related agency environment
- Leadership ability and a real passion for delivering outstanding client service
