What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring a high level of service.
- Supporting client retention efforts by responding to queries and providing solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to help grow accounts.
- Helping to prepare reports, presentations, and account updates .
- Keeping internal CRM systems updated with client details and progress.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and managing client relationships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments .
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus but not essential.
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
