The Role
As Business Development Manager for the DACH region, you’ll take the lead in expanding market presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll identify and onboard new partners, nurture existing relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic collaboration and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional business development strategy
- Identify and secure new reseller and distribution partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the digital signage and AV sectors
- Support partners through the sales process to maximise engagement and results
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Share market insights and feedback with the wider team
- Strong network within the DACH digital signage or AV market
- Proven experience in business development, channel sales, or partner acquisition
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Flexible hybrid working
- Approx. 40 hours per week
