  • Developing smart, tailored  acquisition strategies  and bringing them to life through client meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Collaborating with  technical experts and pre-sales teams  to deliver persuasive, value-led proposals.
  • Acting as a key contact throughout early project discussions and tender phases—you're the trusted face of the solution.
  • Leveraging market intelligence to uncover fresh opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Capturing insights, opportunities, and progress using best-in-class  CRM and sales tools  to drive performance.
  
What You’ll Bring:
  
  • A solid track record in  business development or field sales , ideally within  AV, IT, or integrated tech environments .
  • A sharp commercial mindset with a passion for  turning complex solutions into clear client value .
  • Confident communication and presentation skills—you know how to engage, influence, and win trust.
  • A proactive, energetic approach and the ability to manage a pipeline of diverse opportunities.
  • Comfort working remotely and  travelling up to 4 days a week  to meet clients and attend industry events.
