IN2-AV is excited to be partnering with a global leader in professional audio, video, and communications technology to recruit a Business Development Manager for the Florida and Southeast U.S. region .

This is a high-impact, strategic sales position where you’ll be on the front lines of driving market growth across key verticals such as corporate, higher education, and enterprise environments . You’ll be creating demand for cutting-edge AV and communication solutions, uncovering new client opportunities, and building long-term relationships - supported by a world-class technical and sales team.

Key Responsibilities New Business Development

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers in corporate, higher education, and public-sector markets across Florida and the Southeast.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and regional networking opportunities to build your pipeline.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to generate demand and secure new projects.
Sales Execution
  • Lead discovery and qualification conversations with thorough research and preparation.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and solution presentations addressing client-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists during solution design and opportunity development.
  • Serve as the client’s primary contact during proposal and tender stages.
  • Pass qualified opportunities to the wider sales team for closing and contracting.
Account & Market Growth
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and technical stakeholders.
  • Map customer organizations to uncover both immediate and future opportunity pathways.
  • Track and analyze market activity, competitor moves, and industry trends to refine your approach.
Customer Engagement & Internal Collaboration
  • Provide consultative guidance, ensuring customers are connected to the right internal experts.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed CRM records of opportunities and market insights.
  • Share feedback with internal teams to help shape product and service offerings.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in business development, field sales, or consultative solution selling , ideally in AV, unified communications, or pro audio.
  • Skilled at engaging customers, uncovering needs, and guiding them through the buying cycle.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence in handling early-stage technical discussions and product demonstrations.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as part of a remote national sales team.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and comfort reporting on pipeline and performance.
  • Willingness to travel across the Southeast and occasionally nationwide for client meetings, events, and industry shows.
