A leading global provider of  professional communication and technology systems  is looking for an experienced and driven  Sales Manager  to take the lead on growing relationships with key  system integrators . What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the  main point of contact for system integrators , managing long-term relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Developing and executing strategies to  win new business  and secure frame agreements with integration partners.
  • Driving project sales by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and leading commercial negotiations.
  • Partnering with internal teams—technical, marketing, support—to  deliver tailored solutions  that meet complex customer needs.
  • Staying close to the market: attending industry events, tracking competitors, and spotting opportunities to grow share.
  • Using CRM tools to  track pipeline, analyse performance, and report on KPIs  across your territory.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in  technical sales or business development , ideally in the  AV, IT, or systems integration sector .
  • Strong understanding of  integrated tech environments, networking, and large-scale AV systems .
  • A proactive, consultative approach to sales—you’re confident presenting, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining a clear commercial focus.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 4 days per week as needed).
