What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for system integrators , managing long-term relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Developing and executing strategies to win new business and secure frame agreements with integration partners.
- Driving project sales by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and leading commercial negotiations.
- Partnering with internal teams—technical, marketing, support—to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex customer needs.
- Staying close to the market: attending industry events, tracking competitors, and spotting opportunities to grow share.
- Using CRM tools to track pipeline, analyse performance, and report on KPIs across your territory.
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development , ideally in the AV, IT, or systems integration sector .
- Strong understanding of integrated tech environments, networking, and large-scale AV systems .
- A proactive, consultative approach to sales—you’re confident presenting, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining a clear commercial focus.
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel (up to 4 days per week as needed).
