I’m currently working with a leading AV & live events solutions company who are looking for a Technical Installation Manager to join their team!
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has progressed from the tools into management – ideally with a background in AV installations, LED/LCD screens, and technical project delivery. You’ll be the key link between on-site engineers, contractors, and project managers, ensuring installations are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and managing installation engineers across projects
- Acting as the technical point of contact between project managers and site teams
- Delivering LED/LCD screen installations and wider AV projects (meeting rooms, audio setups)
- Providing technical solutions, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance and quality
- Overseeing contractors and supporting project planning
- Strong technical background (started on the tools, now in management)
- 5+ years as a Technical Manager / Technical Project Manager in AV or installations
- Competent knowledge across AV, LED/LCD, electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
