Territory Sales Executive – Audio & Communication Systems (South UK)

An established name in professional audio and communications technology is looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Executive to drive growth across Southern England and Wales . This is a client-facing, consultative sales role focused on delivering smart, scalable audio and communication solutions for the commercial and public sectors.

If you know your way around AV distribution, Pro Audio systems, or electrical contracting—and love turning project potential into commercial success—this role offers the tools, support, and brand reputation to do exactly that.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of distributors, AV integrators, consultants, and specifiers , nurturing long-term partnerships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Actively seek out new business with a focus on quality accounts and profitable relationships.
  • Promote a range of PA, voice evacuation, IP audio, intercom, and pro audio products —from design support to post-sale.
  • Interpret specs and architectural drawings to help shape technical proposals in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Deliver product demos, workshops, and tailored training sessions to customers and partners.
  • Build project pipelines, track opportunity progress, and provide feedback to the wider team.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to raise brand visibility and market presence .

What You Bring
  • Strong experience in technical sales , ideally within AV, Pro Audio, or related infrastructure industries.
  • A network of industry contacts is a plus—especially across distribution and integration channels .
  • Confident presenting to both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Commercially sharp, with a solid grasp of pricing, margins, and value-based selling.
  • Comfortable managing a territory, with travel across Southern England and Wales .
  • Self-starting, well-organised, and naturally customer-focused.
