In2 Resourcing are working on behalf of a long-established Audio-Visual Systems Integrator, who due to increased success in the Southern region, are now looking to bring on a Business Development Manager to cover this area within the Corporate sector. Our client has a very strong base within the Education sector, and are looking for someone who can now help boost their already strong customer base in the Corporate market.

The main objective of this role will be to identify, contact and meet with corporate market based decision makers, with your main intention being to uncover opportunities for AV projects and maintenance services. It is essential as a BDM that you're hungry to self-generate new opportunities within our clients geographical region and chosen vertical markets.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Existing and new business opportunity generation.
  • 40 quality meetings PCM.
  • Planning and forecasting business within your designated customer base.
  • There will be a Quarterly validation of what the plan is and how much progression you have made. This will be held with the Sales Management Team.
  • To monitor customer satisfaction rates and have an overall responsibility for account liaison.
Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have sales and audio visual experience and be able to show a proven track record selling into the corporate market.

The candidate should be a 'Hunter' with self-belief and good business acumen! Must be able to deal well with pressure, understand and demonstrate a good KPI knowledge and is a custodian of the sales process.

This role would suit anyone within the Audio Visual/AV sector who has come from a New Business, Business Development, Account Manager, Technical Sales background living within a reasonable commute of London/M4 Corridor to attend client sites.
