In2 Resourcing is very pleased to be working with an extremely successful and expanding Audio Visual Systems Integrator with offices in Central London and the South East and operating across the whole of UK. 

My client is a long established AV Integration business with a fantastic reputation for delivering complex and bespoke integrated Audio-Video systems.  Specific solutions includie Installed Sound, Digital Signage and LED Screens for retail, Leisure and Entertainment industries as well as Videowalls and Integrated Board Room solutions for the corporate sector. 

As a result of continued success they are now looking to recruit an Account Manager to work within their busy and talented sales team. In this new and exciting position you will be responsible for promoting the companies’ extensive experience in design, installation, support and management of professional Audio Visual solutions with the full backing of an extensive Design and Projects team as well as UK based Engineering resource.

Potential candidates will have a proven track record of generating and cultivating solutions based sales opportunities within the UK AV integration marketplace.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2+ Years AV Sales Experience preferably with experience selling Pro AV technologies including Video Conferencing Solutions and or Digital Signage Solutions. Likely candidates will have experience working for an AV Systems Integrator or a recognised AV/Videoconferencing Market Specialist selling these solutions direct to end users.  
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets is required as well as a strong technical understanding and competence for the solutions he or she has sold thus far in their career.
  • The candidate will be able to demonstrate that he or she has been integral in developing and closing key opportunities within their present and past employment and capable of presenting and ‘selling to’ senior management within target accounts.
  • Excellent people-skills are a must as well as the ability to influence and be effective in sustaining business relationships
