In2 Resourcing are working on behalf of a leading UCaaS Provider, who due to increased workload in the EMEA region, are now looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to cover the region.

The 'Customer Success Manager' will have the following responsibilities:
  • Own an agreed territory of company accounts and be responsible for exceeding customer expectations, growth & ROI
  • Develop & manage strategic work relationships with company accounts ensuring our product is adding value to the overall business
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our clients software based products and promote these products to our customers
The successful candidate will have the following skills experience:
  • Previous experience in a UCaaS /Software or Unified Communications sales environment
  • Previous experience building strategic business relationships in a Customer Success role previously
  • Fantastic communication skills and a passion for customer service
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and sell technical products
This role would suit someone with language skills, coming from a software/unified communications background residing within a 1 hour commute of London.
