My clients are market leaders in Video Content Distribution for Enterprise customers Globally. This is a fantastic opportunity working for a privately owned, dynamic and expanding company with revenues at circa £30 million+ and currently 120 staff globally.

Due to further expansion in the US Sales team, they are now seeking a Regional Enterprise Sales Director with a proven track record of selling complex software solutions at C-level to Fortune 250/500 Enterprise clients across the US East Coast territories. This is a fantastic opportunity in a growth sector as Enterprise companies are now more than ever looking for a stable internal video communications solution due to COVID-19. Ideal candidates will also have previous experience selling SaaS solutions direct to Enterprise customers as well as in partnership with Global IT/Telco Channel Partners such as Microsoft, BT Global Services, Verizon, Dimension Data, NTT Com, Telefonica etc.  

Successful candidates will be accustomed to average deal sizes of circa $80-100k and be able to demonstrate recent achievement of revenue targets at circa 1Million US Dollars.  

This is predominately a remote home-based role and the successful candidate will benefit from a flexible and forward-thinking company attitude to time management. Candidates will need to be based in the US East Coast, ideally Boston, New Jersey or New York regions and be open to East Coast US travel as and when needed. 

Experience Required: 
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an Enterprise Sales and/or Strategic Account Management role in an Enterprise Software/SaaS environment.
  • Significant experience cultivating successful C-Level customer relationships and large Corporate Accounts, as well as experience working with Global channel partners.
  • Confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly refined interpersonal skills and a solid track record of working cross-functionally to effectively cultivate a pipeline of strategic sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge of selling Enterprise Software / SaaS solutions to the US East Coast.
A basic salary of circa $130-160k with an $80k OTE and uncapped earnings. Significant ability to over-achieve the OTE with accelerators and strategic deal structures.
