My clients are a long established and highly successful US Software Vendor whose EMEA HQ is based in the heart of the City of London.

They are market leaders in their field and their award winning platform allows for the creation and distribution of Live and On-Demand Video for the Enterprise. Due to further expansion in the EMEA Sales team, they are now seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Director with a proven track record of selling complex Enterprise software solutions at C-level to FTSE 100/250 clients across Europe.

Although this position is Net New Business focused, there will be a nice split between direct end-user sales and partner sales. Ideal candidates will therefore have previous experience working in partnership with Global Telco or IT Channel Partners such as BT Global Services, Vodafone, Dell, Dimension Data etc. 

Ideally you will be accustomed to average deal sizes of circa 200-300k GBP and be able to demonstrate recent achievement of revenue targets at circa 1-1.5 Million GBP. 

This is typically an office based role Monday - Thursday with the chance to work from home on a Friday. Candidates will need to live within a reasonable commuting time to Central London and be flexible for UK and European travel as and when needed by the business. 

Experience Required: 
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an Enterprise Sales and/or Strategic Account Management role in an Enterprise Software/SaaS environment.
  • Significant experience cultivating successful C-Level customer relationships and large Corporate Accounts, as well as experience working with Global channel partners.
  • Confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly refined interpersonal skills and a solid track record of working cross-functionally to effectively cultivate a pipeline of strategic sales opportunities.
A basic salary of circa 80-90k with a 160-170k OTE is available with uncapped earnings. Dependent on how deals are structured and with accelerators, there is the ability to significantly surpass the 160-170k OTE.
