In2 Resourcing are working on behalf of a leading AV Systems Integrator, who, due to increased workload are looking to bring on a Technical Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for the clients who call into their Global Help Desk.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensuring you maintain an upbeat, professional attitude towards customers
  • Making sure customers receive quick and efficient technical support of AV and VC Solutions
  • Respond effectively to customer inquiries and ensure you document interactions
  • Ensuring you upkeep a case load whilst effectively handling other common tasks
  • Take care of and respond to inbound phone calls, email inquiries and escalations from Technical Support Reps
  • Take part in On-site technical troubleshooting and case remediation
  • Ensure all training is kept up to date
Skills, Abilities and Experience
  • Communicate with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
  • Fantastic attention to details and great time management skills
  • Proficient with workplace databases and tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic to intermediate AV and Video Teleconferencing issues
  • Good demonstration of AV room schematics as well as floor plans
  • 2-3 Years experience with AV/VC Teleconferencing systems.
  • Demonstration of knowledge of Video Conferencing endpoints and infrastructure
  • Manufacturer certifications (Extron, Crestron, Polycom, AMX)
