AV Solutions Sales Manager - Manchester

Our client is a long established and successful AV Systems Integrator with a fanatstic reputation for delivering Corporate AV projects. Working with a host of Enterprise clients, they design and specify AV solutions for office fit-out and technology refresh projects in a predominately corporate setting. 

As a result of continued success, they are now looking to recruit an AV Solutions Sales Specialist to work closely alongside the UK Managing Director and help further expand their extensive pipeline of projects in the North of the UK. 

Potential candidates will have a proven track record of generating and cultivating solutions based sales opportunities within the UK AV integration marketplace.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

  • A minimum of 3+ Years AV Sales Experience preferably with experience selling Pro AV technologies including Video Conferencing Solutions and or Digital Signage Solutions. Likely candidates will have experience working for an AV Systems Integrator or a recognised AV/Videoconferencing Market Specialist selling these solutions direct to end users.  
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets is required as well as a strong technical understanding and competence for the solutions he or she has sold thus far in their career.
  • The candidate will be able to demonstrate that he or she has been integral in developing and closing key opportunities within their present and past employment and capable of presenting and ‘selling to’ senior management within target accounts.
  • Excellent people-skills are a must as well as the ability to influence and be effective in sustaining business relationships

A basic salary of circa 35-45k with a 60-75k OTE is available with uncapped earnings, so there is the ability to significantly over achieve the OTE. Car allowance +pension +healthcare +25 Days holiday.
