IN2 Resourcing are working with a Global SaaS vendor specialising in physical security Workforce Management and Monitoring Solutions. Their award-winning remote workforce software is used by Enterprise organisations with large estates, FM and Security companies, as well as Global Manufacturers, Retailers, Pharmaceuticals, Banks, and Central Government.

The business has ARR of £40 million and around 120 staff Globally and their industry leading, best-in-class Software-as-a-service platform offers Remote Workforce Monitoring, HR, Payroll, and full CRM suite. With significant PE investment and big plans for expansion across EMEA, they are now looking to recruit a Business Development Representative to help build their Sales pipeline in the UK, Ireland and Northern European Territories, including the Nordics.

The UK and Northern Europe team is in the early stages of an aggressive expansion plan, so this is a great time to join the business. Although you will start as a BDR, there is fast-track progression on offer into a Regional Sales Manager role for motivated and ambitious candidates and you will have the full support of a dedicated Regional Marketing Manager

After a prosperous 2021, they are now seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join their ever-growing team. The Technical Sales Manager will be the person to provide support to both the Sales and Design teams by obtaining the initial detailed requirements from any potential customers in the pipelines and from that, creating and proposing solutions that best meet the client’s needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Attendance of client meetings, enabling you to establish the requirements for potential projects.
  • Preparation of estimates and full written proposals to pitch to clients, explaining the reasons in detail behind each bit of the equipment specification.
  • Being a strong people-person is key for this role, as you will need to build a direct partnership with key clients and provide technical support and pricing information in a timely manner.
  • Delivering a full suite of deliverables, including Marked Up Floor Plans, Scope of Works, Bill of materials, Systems Schematics etc.

Key Skills

  • Proven CAD experience, this will preferably be in Autodesk AutoCAD, as all drawings for our client are produced using this package.
  • Extensive experience working in a Pre-Sales/Design based role in an AV/Audio Visual Environment.
  • IP Networking Knowledge.
  • Broadcast experience is also a plus.
  • CTS/CTS-D Accreditations are desirable but not required.

  • 3 Years working with Audio Visual/Video Conferencing systems such as Crestron, AMX, Polycom etc.
  • CTS Qualification is desirable.
