Inside Sales / Business Development Representatives x2 - North West, UK

IN2 Resourcing are very pleased to be assisting an award winning immersive technology company who are leading the way in transforming meeting room technology and creating ground breaking projects for some of the UK's biggest brands. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a fast-growing company and to be one of the first hires in the sales team. 


  • Drive outbound sales campaigns and build a sales funnel of prospective clients
  • Sales prospecting via a combination of calling, emailing and social selling techniques to engage with potential clients
  • Navigating through various prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Salesloft and the internet to identify both prospects and opportunities
  • Qualify leads from inbound marketing activities with a goal of setting meetings
  • Set meetings, qualify leads and run product demos for marketing and sales-generated leads
  • Manage and funnel leads from targeted accounts lists
  • Identify clusters of contacts within top accounts and manage outbound campaigns in partnership with marketing and sales leadership
  • Identify prospect needs, qualify use cases, build trustworthy relationships
  • Collect prospect feedback, communicate product feedback and obstacles to sales and marketing leadership
  • Maintain, update and track all assigned leads in CRM and sales automation system
  • Support Sales Executives with prospects research and outreach
  • Assist Sales Executives with sales campaigns, bids and tenders
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly business development reports
  • Build domain expertise in collaboration and meeting technologies

Skills and qualifications: 

  • 3+ years in selling B2B SaaS products
  • Proven ability to hit targets
  • Able to understand and explain complex products and services to prospects
  • Ability to take on and resolve queries and objections
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, startup environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new tools and technologies
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite, Gsuite, Slack, etc.
  • Proficiency in sales automation tools such as Salesloft, YesWare, Outreach
  • Strong communications and negotiating skills
  • Program/project management skills a plus
  • Strong writing skills, extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent organization, planning & communication skills
  • Ability to work within tight timescales and to manage multiple projects across a global team
  • Results-driven self-starter, imaginative team player with superior interpersonal skills

This role is paying a basic salary of circa £30-35k + benefits + Variable OTE commission providing an overall OTE of £55-65k 

This will be a mix of office working and some home working, however candidates will need to be local to the North West in either Cheshire or Merseyside.
