To further increase their market share as companies seek to leverage the power of Video technology, they are now seeking to recruit a Senior Regional Sales Manager to complement their growing EMEA Sales team.

1.) What does the platform do and are they established?

As a long-established Global business, with over a decade of case studies with some of the world’s largest companies, they are widely regarded as market leaders and innovators. Their cloud-video platform allows for the creation, management, and distribution of live and on-demand video for Enterprise customers.

2.) What is the role?

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering net new business in the Enterprise and Middle-markets as well as cultivating successful relationships with C-level executives. You will be fully supported in this role by internal BDR’s and a marketing team who will work hard to generate qualified sales leads for you to pursue.

3.) Where is the company heading over the next year?

With massive plans to grow in 2021, our client is looking to bring on an extra 100 staff globally. With a strong team in the UK all now working remotely, it is a great time to be joining a rapidly expanding company with huge plans for the coming years.

4.) What kind of Salary / package is on offer?

x2 Levels of Senior Regional Sales Manager dependent on experience, as follows:

• RSM Level 3 @circa £80-90k basic + Double OTE
• RSM Level 4 @circa £90-115k basic + Double OTE

In2 Resourcing are working exclusively with an industry leading Enterprise Video SaaS vendor who are seeking Regional Sales Managers who have worked in the DACH Region to help further capitalise on the exponential demand in their platform. Due to the impact of COVID-19 on the Enterprise, our clients have seen demand for their video communications platform increase by over 300%; so, they are continuing to expand and can offer fantastic long-term career prospects and job security.

They are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of selling complex Enterprise software solutions at C-level to Large Corporations across the German-Speaking territories. Ideal candidates will also have previous experience working in partnership with Global IT/Telco Channel Partners such as BT Global Services, Verizon, Dimension Data, NTT Com, Telefonica etc.  

Successful candidates will ideally be accustomed to average deal sizes of circa 50-250k GBP.

This is predominately a home based role and the successful candidate will benefit from a flexible and forward thinking company attitude to time management.

Experience Required: 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in an Enterprise Sales and/or Strategic Account Management role in an Enterprise Software/SaaS environment.
  • Significant experience cultivating successful C-Level customer relationships and large Corporate Accounts, as well as experience working with Global channel partners.
  • Confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly refined interpersonal skills and a solid track record of working cross-functionally to effectively cultivate a pipeline of strategic sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the DACH market.
  • Must be a fluent, ideally native German speaker.

A basic salary of circa 70-85k with a 140-170k OTE is available with uncapped earnings, so there is the ability to significantly over achieve the OTE.

IN2 Resourcing are working with a leading SaaS banking vendor whose Cloud banking platform is a game changer in Digital Banking and revolutionising Financial Services Globally.

Due to ever-increasing success in the EMEA region, they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead their growth in the Benelux region.


• You will work closely with the General Manager for Benelux region and help steer projects with stakeholders and develop the local market and growth.
• Analyse the latest industry developments to contribute to the go to market strategy
• Build a strong and data driven pipeline of sales qualified leads and qualified opportunities.
• Reporting and discussing performance through available dashboards and funnel management.
• Closely collaborating and aligning with the marketing team to build targeted and measurable initiatives.
• Closely collaborating and aligning with the partnership team and maintaining strong relationships with partners to create opportunities.
• Creation of targeted outbound outreach and in the future closely collaborating and steering inside sales for this same purpose.
• Cultivating strong relationships with prospects and acting as their “trusted advisor” up until handover of the qualified opportunity to an Account Executive or the General Manager Benelux.
• Giving convincing and inspiring presentations to top-level executives while applying consultative selling techniques.
• Supporting in deals after handover to AE or GM, working on RFP’s and other similar customer engagements, once you are established in your role.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment. (Core banking or Fintech is a plus).
• 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the EMEA region (Benelux is a plus).
• You are fluent in English, French and Dutch with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You are a strong relationship builder, you are transparent & honest and understand a consultative sales approach.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial mentality with a strong drive and eagerness to learn
• You are organised, structured and analytical, you have a strong data driven and target focused approach.
• An open minded person that enjoys giving remote presentations for clients & prospects in an engaging way.
• Experience in contributing to building a go to market strategy is a plus
• A qualification or experience in finance or banking is a plus.

This position is paying a base salary of circa €80-90k with a double OTE €160-180k

BDM role Intro:

In this exciting new role, you will assume responsibility for the development of new business opportunities through quality lead generation, new website enquiries, active cold-calling/prospecting, email campaigns, and other related sales objectives. There will be a quota assigned for qualified lead generation and closing of entry level transactions.

BDM role responsibilities:

• You will proactively pursue business-to-business leads through phone, email, social media, etc. identifying appropriate contacts within target companies.
• You will follow-up on leads generated by direct mail, trade shows and web site activities, leveraging your excellent communication skills to engage prospects and customers alike. Once a lead is identified, they are transitioned to our sales team for development throughout the sales cycle.
• You will be expected to maintain accurate records by updating information within our CRM and prepare activity reports as required.
• You will diligently remain up to date on the companies’ latest technology solutions and value propositions, utilizing creativity and initiative in establishing rapport with prospect and obtaining pertinent information.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a Business Development and/or Inside Sales role, ideally supporting Enterprise Software, SaaS or Unified Communications products and/or services.
• Strong work ethic and self-management principles.
• Possess a strong desire to succeed - be tenacious, persistent and goal oriented.
• Ability to grasp technical terminology and concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively all levels of an organisation. Create and develop rapport with prospects.
• Effective planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise & multi-task in a time-sensitive environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Skype meetings.
• Excellent communication, organisational, problem solving and self-motivational skills.
• Results-oriented individual who can work in a team environment, as well as make independent.

Prospective Package:

• A basic salary of £35-37.5k is available, dependant on experience with an uncapped commission plan (so 50-60k OTE).
